By using lecternpress.com and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. We've kept this short on purpose.

Who we are

Lectern Press is an Australian business (ABN 99 668 145 413) operated by Tom Lintott. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

What you're buying

Lectern Press sells digital PDF guides. The moment your payment is confirmed, a download link is emailed to you. Nothing is shipped.

Your licence

When you buy a guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read, save, print and use it for yourself and the cats in your household. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or use any part of a guide for commercial purposes without our written consent. The content, photography and design of each guide remain the property of Lectern Press.

Pricing & orders

Prices are in AUD and may change without notice. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — if we do, you'll be refunded in full.

No professional advice

Our guides are educational. They're built on positive, science-backed methods and what works for typical cats and households. They are not veterinary advice. If your cat shows signs of pain, illness, sudden behaviour change, or a condition you're worried about, see a vet.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the guide. Our guides are provided "as is" — we don't guarantee a specific outcome for every cat. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
